Those are some nice plugins but you need to remembert that plugins really slow down the whole site. If it loads too long it’d probably be best to remove couple addons.

@Pozycjonowanie: yea, i would personally recommend not to exceed 15 plugins in your blog.

I made a gaming site with WordPress, but I feel that it still just looks like a simple WordPress blog. I want it to look like most popular sites, like Engadget. I’d like to know if there are plugins I can use to change the basic WordPress look, so it won’t look like your basic blog.

Thanks for the tips. I was wondering how some blog manage to have the peal effect. Now i know it;s the page peal plugin. I wish they had something similar for blogger.

Google translator is a very nice plugin. I mean sure, the quality kinda sucks but it’s better that people from other countries can read it in broken language than not at all.

Be careful with contact forms. I get heavy amounts of spam on some of my sites that have them. Always remember to include some sort of captcha.

So I have been using WordPress for a couple weeks, I am really getting used to it but I have no clue how to add an opt in. If anybody has any information on how to do this please drop it.
