A few weeks ago, i talk about about webmasters forum, today i am here to introduce another potential webmaster forum “in the making”.

Lovingtech ( http://www.lovingtech.net) is a webmaster forum founded by Ryan, based in liverpool, UK. I received his invitation to this webmaster forum a few weeks ago but only get to blog about it today. Most of you are already regular members of popular big forums like sitepoint or digitalpoint, and i am sure you guys are “expert” in the forum software used.

    lovingtech

However, Lovingtech is something different! Instead of using the widely used vbulletin software, Lovingtech is built based on MyBB – an open source forum software. With a professional uniquely skinned forum design,  Lovingtech sure differentiate itself from most of it’s compeititors. In addition to just implementing one default design, Lovingtech also allows it’s members to choose between it’s database of themes available and deploy one that satisfy them the most. Of course, Lovingtech is not just about having a stunning design & look, it’s collection of forums is what that impressed me when i first joined it.

Unlike most of the webmaster forums that only provides those common forums like SEO, Making money online blah blah, Lovingtech contains other interesting technology forums like Gaming and Console, Apple, Microsoft. Like what their brand implies, it’s aim is to provide a common place for technology lovers on all subjects ranging from gadgets to web designing and programming.

In just 2 weeks, Lovingtech has already grown into a community with hundreds of technology lovers. Nice work by the team of Lovingteam! I just have an short dialogue session with Ryan, founder of Lovingtech. Looks what he have to say about Lovingtech?

    1)   Hi Ryan, Why you created lovingtech.net?

I setup LovingTech because there didn’t seem to be a forum that focuses solely on community, I felt this was something that needed to be addressed, and I believe we have achieved it with LovingTech. I built the site for the users – I took my users in the process with me, getting their feedback and thoughts – LovingTech is for the users.

    2)   Lovingtech is growing exponentially in just a few weeks, what are your future plans for it?

By building a solid foundation of users combined with innovative and reliable search engine optimization techniques, we want to create and manage the largest Technology forums on the net, anchoring all subjects of Technology including websites, gadgets, computers, gaming & webmaster related discussions. We also want to provide a well respected and authority news site / blog service, which we have made progress with – being accepted into the UK’s largest News Aggregator, NewNow. We believe that all we need is people knowing we exist, we always hear positive feedback about our site and everyone we talk to about it has positive things to say – they sign up

    3) Most forums online uses Vbulletin, why you choose MyBB?

I uses use MyBB because MyBB focuses on forum not social networking, which is what we want to achieve. I wanted something different! I believes simplicity is everything with the forum design! If something doesn’t need to be there – it isn’t. We haven’t used table borders – what’s they’re purpose! We’re the most user friendly webmaster forums on the net!

Well, That’s all about it! Join  Lovingtech.net if you have not! ( referral link)

It does sound like that, forums like digitalpoint etc do a great job in providing information regarding everything any affiliate marketer needs or a webmaster but there are very few blogs or sites which over every technology aspect. The one I found is TechRepublic as well. I will check this forum out as well, thank you.
