Increase returning visitors to your website now (1)

Many times our efforts on marketing campaigns on the Internet are focused on attracting new visitors rather than retain the loyalty of current customers. Remember that a new customer can cost eight times more than a current customer. Find out what are the strategies that will ensure that a visitor repeated several times his visit to our Web site.

Increasing the number of repeat visitors should be fixed within an indicator of our scorecard performance of a Web. Visitors who repeated several times his visit through a site will end up becoming customer and prescriber of our service.

If we try to match the tastes of visitors when they arrive on our Web portal with content and functionality of our site, we can maintain a romance in the long run that will translate into profitability.

Then we analyze a series of tips that will help us to convince visitors to return several times to our Web site.

  • Update the information on your Web site frequently. Your site is like a store, unless you update the portfolio of products or information about them, their trade will no longer be of interest to repeat a visit. Change the product presentation in the display case, the presentation in the linear, highlight the new offers, losers discard the products, and so on.

  • Web sites that are updated constantly are the ones that get the top positions in search engines and therefore are the most visited. The frequency with which the robots to visit and search engines crawl the information of a specific Web site relates directly to how often they update content with it. A greater consistency in updating the content is more likely to have more content in the databases of search engines and thereby be positioned at a greater range of keywords.
  • Another tip is to design a website from a content manager that allows you to update the contents of your page from a cyber cafe in the Bahamas while you’re enjoying your holiday.
  • The Home Page is the gateway to repeat the visits. The Home Page is the first thing you look at his visitor, is where we should send the message that the site was updated, there are new things that were not from your last visit.
  • A section of news, tips, articles or events with headlines that are updated on the home page that helps communicate the freshness of content on our site.

  •  Lastly, Design a carousel of outstanding products within the home page also conveys the feeling that they have incorporated new products.

In the next post, we will be discussing about various ways to increase loyalty of your visitors. Feel free to leave any comments/feedbacks regarding this topic discussed.
