The domain owner pointed the nameservers of their domains(e.g www.example.com) to Sedo. So when visitors visit the domain name(www.example.com), they will be brought to Sedo parking webpage. This webpage mainly contain advertisments and once visitors clicked on the advertisements, the domain owner will be paid.

Hi Puneet, yeah.. the prices are rocking.. one can become a millionaire by registering the right domain name ( in the past ).. lol
domaining is a lot harder these days. there are a lot of big players who register all the best domains and snap up valuable expiring domains before the avergage domainer has a chance. that said it is still possible to make money in the domain game. the trick is really spotting something with potential and then adding value to that domain.
