Blogs! A very trafficable and profitable tool. It’s just the matter of time profiting from blogs all you need to do is grab the attention of an audience. So I am bringing you 11 indispensable steps without which success for a blog is next to impossible. Following these steps will ensure your blog’s success.

Key To Success Key To Success

     1) Where to start?

Normally people start their blog with a free blog hosting service usually Blogger. Advantage of it is that you don’t need to have any knowledge of any kind of scripts or programming hence allowing all time to focus on your core content not the inner maintenance of the blog. The best part is that your blogs is chronologically organized meaning the latest post by you or the last post by you will show on the front and you don’t need to do anything.

    2) Niche

A focused, targetable part of a market is called niche. The purpose of telling the literal meaning of this word is that you should first be thinking about a topic, product or any service you are interested to write on and then make a firm decision on it. Choosing an area of your specific interest and in which you think you will get enthusiastically involved updating on a daily basis. Wisely choosing a topic is very important because if the topic chosen by you has no interest with the audience then it’s completely useless but it does not matter if your topic is not in the mainstream or popular as long as it does have a considerable or targeted liking of an audience.

    3) Update Daily (nothing less)

This is a MUST-DO step which means that you have to update your blog on daily purpose. It not only keeps attention of your readers but every time as there is a new content the readers feel jubilated never before. Also making the search engines more appealing. Therefore you must at least take out 1-2 hours daily for the updating of your blog by posting new articles with fresh knowledge. Making up a schedule would be most appropriate. The question arise now is what if you don’t? Well you will lose visitors very quickly making your blog unsuccessful and you being an unsuccessful blogger.

    5) Track Your Blog

How would you know if your blog has traffic or not? Don’t think that since no one is leaving behind any comments means the blog isn’t growing. This is not the case every time as visitors see what actually “YOU” have to say. Don’t worry!

Using a free page counter like StatCounter.com or any other will make it easy for you to track your visitors but if you start using a more advanced service it will show you search engine information, returning visitors, referral information and keyword tracking information.

    6) Multiple blogs

This is simple and easy. Using multiple blogging accounts is the easiest way to attract more people for example Blogger.com, JournalHome.com and Blog-City.com etc. The more blog accounts the more popularity of your entries.

    7) Short & Concise

Your articles should be short and concise as you don’t want your articles to be long hours of reading and reading. This is just a suggestion if you can try avoiding lengthy articles that is good but if you think the topic should have more to say than you should write a lengthy one stating all about the particular topic. The reason I am saying this because visitors like to find the information quick and easy not to search them. Also try to stay focus on your topic only providing valuable knowledge and information don’t provide any useless information not regarding your topic.

    8) Digital Art

This is one way to attract audience. It can energize your blog bringing it to life. It means to put some pictures or art in your articles. But it should be remembered not too much once a week is alright. It is just another way of adding spice to your blog post but make sure the graphic should relate to your blog post only.

    9) Keep it Personal

I have mostly seen that a blogs are successful because the writer is frank and personal sharing their experiences of the relating topic. Using first person narrative would be the ideal thing to do.

    10) Make Money

After your hard work the traffic has built up and a momentum is present also you now need to turn your traffic into profits by using Google Adsense as the most popular. Basically it is called contextual advertising which is based on pay-per-click model.

    11) You’re a Professional

See now you are a Professional…Congrats! Now you need to upgrade your blog so get a web host and then select domain for the blog. Then comes selecting the software you need to use such as WordPress most commonly used or any other that is MovableType.org etc. All you need to do after this is to write in big “Old blog has been moved to New Blog” by giving a link to follow by which your visitors will easily find it thus having your visitors back onto your real blog now.

Following these blogging techniques should make you an experience blogger that is for sure. So now all you need to do is to take a step. It should be clear in your mind that online money making is not something that will be achieved overnight but it is through dedication hard word and at the end of the day you will be rewarded with your royalties of blogging.
